ABOUT US
Welcome to the MTNA Collegiate Chapter of CU Boulder! As a collegiate chapter of Music Teachers National Association, we are passionate about developing well-rounded music students of all instrumental backgrounds, while also furthering our own teaching and performance knowledge. Every year, we coordinate special events and bring guest speakers to the CU Boulder College of Music to share their knowledge with us.
The Music Teachers National Association is an organization dedicated to bringing music teachers together by hosting networking opportunities, presenting nationally recognized pedagogical speakers, and distributing the American Music Teacher magazine. Both the national organization, and the state organizations under its umbrella, hold annual conferences for music teachers of all backgrounds and levels.
